This section of OceanWaveSail is dedicated to the Galley. There will be recipes and tips and tricks useful aboard a sailing vessel; you will tell them apart by the colour on each tab.
Remember that while sailing, the crew tend to be hungrier, so plan the meals accordingly as well as the tools and quantities.
Don’t forget to plan for drinks and beverages, whatever they might be, with the relevant tools needed to store them half-full. Don’t forget that storage space is limited, especially in the fridge.
Remember to head for healthy and balanced meals, with enough energy in them to provide for the phisical and menthal needs of the crew. Last, but not least, think about garbage disposal and plan in advance, to avoid filling the boat with it.
